How to get Started
|
All the Streets in each Section need to have a Captain. This way, the Section immediately has a "committee" or "team" of 5, up to 10 members. We are all so busy so the "team" concept is vital in order to "share the load", encourage comradery and guarantee continuity.
Each "Section" is expected to operate independently whilst still remaining under the umbrella of the Sector. The Section should have it's own committee headed by a Section Leader and even a vice. The Section should hold periodic meetings with all Street Captains present.
If there is a block of flats or a townhouse complex in a given street, it's a good idea to nominate a "Complex Agent" to collect/update data and disseminate info to the residents in the "complex". These Agents should also be present at Committee Meetings.
How information is disseminated is as follows. Sector PRO (usually the Chairman or Vice) emails to the 6 Section Leaders only. The 6 Section leaders then send to their various Street Captains. The Street Captains then send to the CPF Agents and individual residents in their street.
